Vanessa Robinson

National Sales Manager

Leads national sales, working with healthcare professionals to ensure the service fits smoothly into local settings.

With over 20 years’ experience in ostomy and urology care, she brings strong industry knowledge and long-standing relationships across her region.

Kim Hill

Key Account Manager 

Kim brings over two decades of stoma care experience to her role supporting the South West and Wales. She works closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring expectations are clear and consistently met.

Kim, our Key Account Manager for the South West/Wales, brings an impressive 22 years of stoma care experience. Her wealth of knowledge promises to enhance our service and take it to new heights!


Yoga, a practice that aligns with wellbeing, helps Kim clear her mind of negativity and embrace positivity. She believes in kindness, being the best version of herself, non-judgment, and understanding, especially in times of need. And as they say, we all need a bit of that!

Nicola Luxton

Account Manager

Nicola has over 14 years’ experience in ostomy and urology services. She supports healthcare teams across her regions, helping keep communication clear and service coordination running smoothly every day.

Nicola is a compassionate professional with more than 14 years of experience in the Ostomy and Urology industry. She is deeply passionate about supporting both healthcare professionals and patients in her role.

Nicola's responsibilities encompass the South Yorkshire, East Midlands, and South East regions.

During her free time, Nicola cherishes moments with her family, frequently accompanying her children to their various hobbies. She also finds relaxation in leisurely walks and socialising with friends. Her dedication to both her work and her family is evident in her daily life.

Michelle Habgood

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Michelle’s career spans advisory roles, including nurse, midwife and Nurse Advisor. She supports healthcare professionals across London and South East, ensuring our service aligns with local needs.

Michelle first worked as a ‘runner’ in a busy operating theatre at a central London teaching hospital, this helped her to develop a deep love for Nursing and she went on to qualify.

She worked in NHS wards respiratory, cardiac and women’s health, before training as a degree Midwife. She was then privileged to work on a high-risk unit, helping new mothers and babies have the best outcomes.

Joining a pharmaceutical company a few years later, she worked as a Nurse Advisor, looking after patients with conditions such as COPD, Asthma and Coronary Heart Disease. Later working for a large home delivery company, helping patients with stoma, continence and head and neck issues.

All her previous experience, plus her caring yet determined nature, has allowed her to rise to the challenge of Account Manager for London and South East England.

Michelle brings professionalism, fun and positivity to her role, loves working as part of a team and often has a smile on her face!

Brian

Account Manager

Brian brings a decade of experience in home delivery services and healthcare support. He works with healthcare professionals across Scotland, bringing knowledge in urology, stoma care and coordination.

Brian is our Key Account Manager for Scotland, bringing extensive expertise in healthcare, particularly in urology and stoma care.
 
He has garnered valuable experience in head and neck specialties throughout his career, having spent over 11 years at Fittleworth. This extensive tenure has equipped him with an acute understanding of the nuances between NHS Scotland and the broader UK healthcare landscape, which is crucial for making informed decisions.

His professional journey commenced in senior supply chain roles within the fashion industry before embarking on a transformative two-year period living in Spain. These diverse experiences have enriched his perspective and equipped him with a diverse skill set.

Outside of work, family is his anchor—he is happily married and cherishes time spent with his son. Sporting pursuits occupy his free moments; he's an avid golfer, often found honing his skills at Airdrie Golf Club. However, his primary passion outside of healthcare lies in professional football.

As the associate director overseeing football operations for Airdrieonians FC in the Scottish Championship, he immerses himself in the dynamic realm of Scottish football.

Jill Hibbitt

Specialist Nurse 

Jill has over 35 years’ experience in incontinence and stoma care. She provides internal clinical guidance across the business, supporting product knowledge and helping ensure service accuracy.

As a highly experienced Specialist Nurse, Jill has dedicated 35 years to incontinence and stoma care. She's a registered nurse and serves as the Clinical support for Rapidcare and our customers. Jill ensures unbiased product choices, effective inventory management, and economical selections, and promotes education for best product usage and waste avoidance.

Jill is not just a nurse; she's a proud parent of three, soon-to-be a grandparent, and a cat lover. Her interests include holidays, fine dining, cooking, and wine. Jill's top three passions are entertainment, theatre, and travelling.

Izzie Smith

Customer Service Manager

Izzie has been part of Rapidcare for over 10 years. She leads the Customer Service team, ensuring patients feel heard and fully supported through clear, consistent and responsive communication.

Izzie, our Customer Service Manager, is a committed and loyal team member. June marks her incredible 10-year milestone with the company, during which she has genuinely cherished her interactions with our valued clients.

Originally from South West London, she now lives in Burgess Hill. Outside of work, Izzie is a social butterfly who loves spending time with family and friends. She adores travelling and has a knack for collecting magnets from every memorable adventure. If you take a peek at her office board, you'll see a colourful testament to her wanderlust—each magnet telling a story, with the latest addition being a smiling lemon straight from Italy!

After all, when life gives you lemons, make sure they're smiling!

Robin Salter

Logistics Manager

Robin oversees purchasing and materials management, ensuring stock availability and smooth operations. She brings extensive experience in healthcare procurement and supply coordination.

Robin, our Purchasing Manager, oversees product procurement for Rapidcare with a strong background in Materials Management and extensive healthcare industry purchasing experience.


Outside of work, Robin enjoys family time, nature walks, and exploring National Trust sites.

Brittany Ryan Jeffery

Warehouse Manager 

Brittany has progressed through several roles within Rapidcare and now leads warehouse operations. She oversees stock, dispatch and logistics, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

Tom, our Warehouse Manager, brings over a decade of warehouse management experience to our team. He's dedicated to ensuring all patients receive their deliveries promptly and in full while managing the warehouse team.

Outside of work, Tom's a family man, with two children who keep him busier than the warehouse. In his rare moments of free time, he enjoys playing rugby for his local team when his body allows.

Annarita Baris

Marketing Manager

Annarita brings experience from startup and brand-led environments, across agency and client-side roles. She leads brand positioning and content, ensuring communication is clear and consistent.

Annarita, our Marketing Manager, leads our strategic marketing efforts, enhancing our company's visibility through effective content distribution across multiple marketing channels.
 
Her focus is on leveraging these platforms to drive business performance, backed by six years of experience in both agency and client-side roles.
 
With a background in fashion and startups, Annarita skillfully aligns marketing strategies with business objectives, driving growth and increasing market share.
 
Her commitment extends beyond strategy; she is dedicated to nurturing our marketing team and fostering a dynamic and cohesive culture.

Sian Whittington

HR Manager

Sian established Rapidcare’s HR function in 2024, bringing structure as the business grows. She supports recruitment, development and policy, ensuring the team has clear support in place.

Sian started her role as HR Manager with Rapidcare in March 2024 using her previous skills as a HR professional to start up Rapidcare’s first HR department.

 

After working for 13 years in retail, Sian decided that she wanted to help people at work understand the rules and procedures so she started her career in HR. In 2018 she started as an HR Administrator at L3 Harris and worked her way up to HR Business Partner gaining her CIPD Level 3 while she was there. She decided she was up for a new challenge and joined Rapidcare to start their Human Resources Department from the ground up.

 

Her spare time is mainly taken up by her 2 young children. She can be found either exploring woods, in soft play or getting outside on the bikes. When she has a rare bit of time to herself she likes to have a go at running or spending time with her husband watching tv boxsets or films.

Tracey Ahearne

PA / Office Manager

Tracey supports the day-to-day coordination of office operations, ensuring processes remain organised and communication flows smoothly across the business. Her role helps keep everything running clearly and consistently.

Jackie’s journey with Rapidcare started in May 2022 joining the team originally in Marketing.

She then progressed to PA / Office Coordinator, and more recently to PA / Office Manager.

Jackie brings a wealth of experience in the PA field, having worked in London for the Royal Bank of Scotland, and then in more recent years, the Finance Director at Virgin Holidays for 10 years. She was recognised with a Special Achievement Award from Richard Branson for outstanding work performance. 

Jackie is highly organised, very proactive, and always looking for quick resolutions and more efficient time management methods.  

In her spare time, Jackie likes to spend time with her 2 boys, attending their football club matches, days out, or planning holidays for quality time together. Jackie is also a keen shopper and enjoys time with her friends and running.
